Divvy does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Everything you enter in the app stays on your device.

📦 What Data Does Divvy Collect?

None. Divvy does not collect any personal information. Specifically:

• No name, email address, or phone number
• No location data
• No device identifiers
• No usage analytics or crash reports sent to us
• No advertising identifiers

📱 Where Is Your Data Stored?

All bill data (names, amounts, people, items) is stored exclusively on your device using the app's private local storage.

This data is:

• Never transmitted over the internet
• Never backed up to our servers
• Automatically deleted when you uninstall the app
• Optionally included in iCloud backups if you have enabled device iCloud backup — this is managed entirely by Apple, not by us

💳 In-App Purchases

Divvy offers an optional yearly subscription (Divvy Pro) processed through Apple's App Store via StoreKit.

We do not handle or store any payment information. All payment data is managed entirely by Apple. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle purchase data.

🔗 Third-Party Services

Divvy does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or social SDKs.

The only third-party framework used is Apple's StoreKit for subscription management, which is covered by Apple's own privacy policy.

👶 Children's Privacy

Divvy does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected at all, Divvy is safe for all ages.

📝 Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this privacy policy (for example, if we add a new feature that involves data), we will update the date below and notify users through the App Store update notes.
